Intermodal Rail Forum & Conference Prague 2022

We were delighted to be Silver Sponsor of the International Rail Forum & Conference this year in Prague (Czech Republic) from 05 to 07 October 2022.

On the 1^st day of the event, our Deputy General Manager – Cyrille Guyon delivered a speech about “Digital Automatic Coupling – Challenge for Rail Freight “. He focused on the current situation of rail freight in Europe, on the European Green Deal and on the need to “shift to rail” to achieve the targets for 2030 (from 18% in Europe to 30%).
In front of a large audience, he explained the key role of the DAC (Digital Automatic Coupling), how it works, what are the benefits, what are the requirements and the necessary steps, as well as the bricks of the intelligent freight train.
Let’s all move on to the rail freight of tomorrow!
