An Academy of excellence
Our business has evolved considerably in recent years, particularly with the implementation of ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) certification. It now conditions all our business processes.
In this context, Ermewa has decided to create a training programme for its employees, on a European scale: with Inveho (Ermewa Group’s maintenance and manufacturing Business Unit): ‘Go2train Academy’.
This Academy responds to the new economic and regulatory challenges, and to the need to support the company’s stakeholders.
A range of tailor-made modules has been developed by the Training department with the help of Ermewa experts and external service providers. These modules cover five areas of expertise:
– business
– railway regulations
– safety
– processes and tools
– Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
These training courses will enable each employee, whatever her/his function and seniority, to:
– develop her/his knowledge
– strengthen her/his skills
– enhance her/his expertise
and Ermewa to reinforce its expertise with the stakeholders to:
– harmonise working methods
– transmit the company’s culture and values
– strengthen performance and safety standards
– increase CSR rating (EcoVadis)
– attract new talent
The mission of the Academy is to strengthen the skills of the women and men of Ermewa on a daily basis and to put them in the best position to pass on their expertise to their customers and partners.
