This 4-axles Flat wagon type Smnps with a tie-down device is designed for the transport of steel tubes. The wagon is equipped with 16 folding stanchions (inside plastic protection between stanchions and pipes) and an anti-sliding floor with 10 wooden beams (duckboard platform between each crossbar). The cargo can be secured with a tarpaulin. The wagon complies with the latest European legislations in force: TSI WAG, TSI Noise, TEN GE.
